About us
Oylz Group is a UAE-based integrated energy conglomerate with a presence spanning terminal operations, downstream distribution, marine bunkering, and international commodity trade. Founded in the United Arab Emirates with its head office in Sharjah, the Group operates across Abu Dhabi and Sharjah through a combination of wholly-owned subsidiaries, government-partnered joint ventures, and independently-managed business units.
The Group’s strategy is built on controlling the entire midstream-to-downstream value chain: from large-scale storage and import/export terminals, through a national distribution fleet, to direct marine bunkering and global commodity trading. This integration allows Oylz Group to serve the full spectrum of clients — from national oil companies and sovereign energy ministries to international traders, shipping companies, and retail fuel operators.

Salman Wisal
With 20+ years of hands‐on experience in fuel storage design, construction, and operations across the Gulf region, Mr. Salman has successfully delivered multiple tank‐farm developments, including a 250,000m³ facility completed on schedule and under budget. At OYLZ, he leads commercial planning, negotiates anchor offtake agreements, and drives phased expansions. His long history of delivering large‐scale projects on time and at high operational standards underpins OYLZ’s confidence in safe, efficient terminal operations.

Amir Hassan
Over two decades investing in and managing tank farms and midstream energy assets have equipped Mr. Amir with a strong grasp of equity raises and capital deployments—often delivering double‐digit IRRs for co‐investors. At OYLZ, he aligns expansion phases with market demand, orchestrating strategic partnerships to maximize returns. Notably, he and Mr. Salman have jointly executed several large‐scale terminal builds, consistently meeting capacity targets and budget constraints

Syed Khurram Irshad
Mr. Syed brings 32 years of expertise in port management, shipping, and logistics, having held senior positions at APL, Hutchison Ports, and DP World. He specializes in operational efficiencies, strategic planning, and stakeholder collaboration—all critical to terminal throughput and profitability. At OYLZ, he oversees day‐to‐day operations, maintenance protocols, and automation/SCADA strategies, ensuring that the facility meets stringent international safety and performance benchmarks.
